During a session, we will carefully assess and determine the type of training that works best for you, tailored specifically to your needs, while incorporating active mobility exercises. Afterwards, your body can fully relax and begin the recovery process through a soothing and restorative massage, helping you to feel revitalized and balanced.

Massage has been a part of my life since I was a child. Healing and recovering through massage is fundamentally about tuning into our bodies and understanding what they truly need. My goal is to provide you with the best possible treatment tailored specifically for you.

In the Movement part, we focus on addressing pain, injury, or posture-related issues, or on building a stronger, more resilient body. This prepares you for the activities and goals you want to pursue. Additionally, we can incorporate skill work, such as handstands or basic juggling, to enhance coordination and body awareness.

I also have experience working with elderly clients, ensuring that each session is safe, effective, and suited to their individual needs.
